from now on all catalyic converters coujour up images of in car Popes or on board Spanish Inquisition ( bet you didnt expect that!)

Can you not do like those little 2cv old racers (cannot remember name) and use a short bike muffler and exit the exhaust out of the little triangular panel behind the wing?

Everything is possible, but not road legal here in The Netherlands, our vehicle inspection sucks! (compared to the UK)
I think LPGO wants to keep it some sort of road legal (with stretching the rules a bit) so exhaust should end somewhere underneath the car on an original spot (so just in front of the rear wheel or at the rear bumper.

You want to come and live in France - unless it has some kind of Certificate de Conformite nothing is legal!!! That's not only cars etc but everything. If the Police stopped me in the Dyane and opened the bonnet do not know what would happen  If I was back in UK BMW route I would have gone

Today I made a start with the twin carb throttle linkage... Took 6mm springsteel??? 2 times 6mm/17mm bearings, made some aloy bearingholders, fixated the 2 carbs and made a linkage,, It seems to work already however I need to fiddle a little..... and a little video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5Ls63txz38
