If I was gonna put a bolt on my flywheel for the sensor, how should it be positioned? at 8° bTDC?
Thanks, Bart

No Bart it needs to be at 45 degrees before TDC..... so at a 2cv you can put in the pen (8 degrees) + 11 tooth of the flywheel counting in opposite direction of a running engine...

At this point the sensor needs to be exactly lined up above the bolt (in your case).

Geo cheers for hose! Arrived last week

Is there a way of "adding on" the temprature adjuster to the early kits?

At your pcb it would be possible but I have to have it back then, there have to be some modifications made at the pcb (laying some wires) and ofcourse the sensor+ wires..... but at the moment I am still testing what will be the best sensor (I guess open element) but I will have results in a few weeks

Geo can you also provide me with sensor when you send it back?

I like the sound of this upgrade

Use BootCamp and XP. That's what I use and it talks to 1-2-Spark fine.

Forget all that ancient technology.

We need someone to write an app for the android platform. Tune and diagnose on your phone or tablet, who on here has the know how?

I asked geo the same thing (about android) some time ago, he is not able to program something in android, doesn't have the time to get into it and no funds to have it made by a company. Unfortunately im not into that kind of stuff at all otherwise I would have tried something! There must be some some whizzkids out here?!
