Geo, this thread is getting very long! Is there somewhere I can download basic information on the system and how it works?

Re: 1-2-spark
Quick question just to make things clear Will the full 1-2-Spark work with original sensor or will I need the optional sensor, or are you testing both to see if both work?

oke it is getting confusing i know.......
option A: full version with VR sensor (this runs for over 2 years now)
option B: full version for Visa sensor or a replacing sensor (interchangable)... You need to solder 1 solderpad when changing between another type of sensor (first Visa-engine testing this sunday when weather allows)..... both sensors have run at my testbench, so looks very promissing....
option C: simple plug and play version for Visa... (with some dipswitches to set timing right) so no computer needed, but you need the Original wire-loom...
So for you; option B would suite you, if you have working Original Visa/LNA sensors just work with them, you only need 1 sensor with my ignition (in the lower position)...... Because the sensors are only getting stabelised current they will work much longer as normal I guess and if they finally brake down you can Always switch to the replacement sensor......

Re: 1-2-spark
Tonight I did an engine testrun in my "Ami 6 Service 4x4 tolee".. Didn't run for about 4 years and hasn't been on the road for more the 10 years...... it looks like a barnfind at the moment.....
After some cranking suddenly "THE BEAST" awaked..... running on my ignition and using the replacement sensor in the lower hole...... After some minits it starts running like a dream...
Did some cranking and each time it runs on the first turn of the key, well accually not, I should say at the first pull of the starter
I also did a run on the original Visa sensor and it does run on it, but I'm not satisfied yet, it needs some attention... but I think most of us are glad anyway if we can drop the Original sensors
Well let the video tell it's own story.....
