Just realised, didn't mention that those peg bolts are standard M8 thread, so Citroen must have had an off day by not using their preferred choice of b'stard thread.

Have lubed it so hopefully it frees off. I am guessing its headlight adjuster, should it pull or twist from inside the car.

haha! as a new found expert on this particular element of the car, I can answer that!!

on the right hand side (in your case) under the top dash you should see a big knob! , it turns to raise and lower the headlights when weight is in the rear, its a simple system of a thread in a brass barrel, wd40 on the thread I guess if its stuck...ohhh feeling pleased with myself I can answer a tech question!!

if it is, the light bar won,t move when u wind your knob
