Currently sat in the tearoom at kenilworth castle after a nice drive over with the hood open.

It's the law.

Any old French motor only looks right with yellow bulbs fitted. Especially a Traction Avant and 2CV.

Can't say I suffer with night blindness, I have no problem seeing where I'm going. Yellow Bulbs are the Law. :D

I fitted them to mine they looked the part, but on the unlite roads here in France and those in the UK,they're worse than useless bordering on dangerous in poor weather. So I now how halogen that have a gold/yellow coating and they really show how bad the yellow ones are. Each to their own I guess but for me safety comes first. :-)

Well the car failed the MOT earlier this week so the chances of seeing them "in action" won't be for a while - I live in Birmingham which is lit up like Blackpool illuminations at night so the chances of being on a country road are slim to none. I've still got the other bulbs in the car should I find they are that bad when I use them then I shall change them.

But thanks for the concern ;)
