I did remind the chap: it's just the contents, not the actual van  They were very complimentary actually

It was quite busy, with some obviously regular customers. There was also a Picasso being tormented by the wrecker's crane, along with an indistinguishable Jap saloon, all heading for the top of a mountain of shredded metal

Yesterday I fitted a new crossbox, today I received back my renewed outer driveshaft halves. Also doing the kingpins and front wheel bearings later this week. I'm planning for a 2000 km round trip to Lithuania for a rally at the end of August :)

I re-arranged the MOT for mine today - It ran out on the 1st but due to work the soonest I could get there was 5th August. I was all set to go until a family crisis set in (my 2 year old niece with rushed into hospital with pneumonia) SO! It's hopefully going to be done over the next day or two :) & will hopefully pass..........

If it's any help Charlotte I take mine to Bassetts Pole Garage which is about a 10 min walk from your office. They are in Riland industrial Estate on Coleshill Rd at Riland Road.I've known them for years and they also look after the black& green one from the nearby solicitors office.
Just thought a local MOT station near to work might help. Cheers Bob.

Drove 900 miles in 17 hours and 36 minutes yesterday, including waiting for the tunnel, taking the tunnel and petrol stops.
