Drove it to Ealing this morning with the roof down and tweaked 1-2-Spark en route...

Drove the 47miles to the Northampton club (only two miles further than Leics-Car-Go!), where I met with another LCG-er, only to find no-one else there, until Dan turned up in his 400 for his first ever visit - so between us we were the de facto NITS, giving them a turn out of two AKs and a G&W D*lly

Found that with that group, so never bothered again.

finished the parcelshelf in the ami last saturday (pics will follow)
Small service (new oilfilter and oil), checked the airfilter.
put the old 125 michelin on the 2cv, to have a new toyo and rim as spare in the ami.

Seriously missing the 2CV now, not that I'm experiencing a heatwave in Shetland - it's currently 10 degrees here. Bliss!

Went with my Ami to the RDW (Dutch car register) having my chassis number redone because it was unreadable... It now is at the inner right rear leg.

At youtube a video of it, you can here the needle punching the metal, so now my number is in little dots...... Going to have new paperwork too including a towhook mentioned, 500 kg trailerweigt is allowed.....

Having a front seat cover made for J by Sarah & Nikki. Black Targa and Spain will not make good playmates.

James Wallace came over so I gave him a hand tuning his 1-2-Spark.

Made a change to sit in the passenger seat of a 2CV.

He's got a real nice 2CV

loaded him up with scrap metal and had a trundle down the local 'yard - It was our first visit to a scrapyard (true to form, it was full of fat blokes in vests and Transit pick-ups) but it was an altogether pleasurable experience, not least because we came back £65 the richer, which I was more than pleased with :D
