Maybee you can drill first with 2mm and then with 3 and at last 4.......

I try that first but it cack when you try an 4mm drill in al 3mm hole.

I find its better make a small center hole with a 2mm drill and then use the 4mm.
Not to fast an try drilling right angle.

I dont know if it is possible tap 5mm. When i drill the 4mm hole there is not much material left to tap.

@ James

No not 1-2 cuise. It is universal like this one

http://www.conrad.nl/ce/nl/product/8513 ... trol-MS-50

But when Geo make a 12 cruise for sure i change it :)

I like things can programmed by PC

Only thing i have to find out why my laptop lose connection sometimes.

Ill order 2 one as a spare

What about clamping it tight in a vice? Wouldnt that stop it cracking easily?

maybe the new one ar stronger.

I have drill a hole in a 27 jear old plate.

Are you sure you dont have the plate. It is for isolating the carburator from heat from the mainfold.

Becouse my plate is old i use this on top and under that plate:

For 63 euro you have almost half the ignition from me...

Thank you Jameswallace, for liking my ignition, I think I'm almost there nothing much to improve, maybee temperature controlled advance (colder engine) / retard (warmer engine) and thats it.....

Please give me feedback about your computer connection, because djjr1982 is losing his connection now and then....

And another thing please make some pics where you placed the unit and the lenght of the wires you needed, then for the next rhd 2cv I can prepare everything (making all the connections already) especialy the Vr sensor connection is tricky

For me the black nagative cable is just long enough. Better when 25cm longer..
The Red positive cable is ok.

Switch cable is ok sensor cable is ok.

Purple not connected. Vacuum hose is ok

I have the 1-2 spark next to the shocke cable.
