I drove down to Guildford in the Fourtrak to collect that Dyane bulkhead which was featured in the ebay thread a while back. I didn't win it at the time, but the bloke who did hadn't thought through the logistics of collecting it and couldn't get it in his car. I solved that by cutting all the superfluous bits (ie, everything but the windscreen surround and hinge area) off with a hacksaw. Next job will be to fit it ...

You don't fancy driving down that way again and picking up about 1/4 of an old mini do you?

Tried to clean up all the oil in the engine bay after forgetting to lock the cap and driving 5 miles! What a mess and what an idiot!

Rob

I wish I'd known that earlier today ... I could probably have got it in the Fourtrak. My other half's sister lives in Farnham, so I can probably arrange another visit there if you're in no rush.

Visited the Gloucester-Warwickshire Steam Railway Classic Vehicle Show at Toddington today. We were only outnumbered by the Morris Minors 9-8. A good day, but food provision was very poor.
