Question regarding fitting 1-2-Spark to A visa engine, with visa bellhousing:
can you use the original Visa sensor tooth and sensor hole in bellhousing?
I'm sure I remember reading it but just wanted to clarify...

I suggest that it would be as it would be more cost effective to cast than machine steel blanks. As there is no need for the strength of using steel cast iron is more than capable, think of some the bridges and the like that have stood the test of time. :) So back to my original comment re welding..

I think you can (will test it soon) but the sensor is to short to reach it and a sensor which does sets you back another 50 euro (sensor of Ford Mustang)

I recently machined a flywheel down and it certainly behaved and looked like cast.

Ok, i think i fit a new pickup with 2 small M3 bolts like this:

Use some locktite to secure the bolts.

Maybe this is a good solution for people don't have a welding machine to.

Hope i am back on the road soon. If i can drive to Spain with te 12spark i save some money for patrol.

@ djjr1982

Yes these bolts are the same I have in my mind to do it....
Make you'r pick-up like this, this will be the best solution.. leading edge needs to be sharp, otherwise the sensor gets confused. trailing edge doesn't really matter.....

@Harley, did first test in my living room 2 black coils twin spark, I'm not satisfied yet but i't's a start. 12V current in My livingroom is limited I guess thats why it doesn't work well.
Two coils are to much for my 12Volt supply I guess.....

Will try it in the car at the weekend (when it stops raining)

First video of twin spark....

what you see and hear are 2 black 2cv coils doing twin-multispark......

Nice but how do you fit two sparkplugs in a 2cv cilinderhead?

@Chris and djjr and all other 1-2-spark drivers... Theres going to be a 1-2-spark dynoday at 18 october 2013, time from 10.am till.....
so please contact me if you want to join. It will be around 75 euro for a car (about 1 hour run) maybee less, strapping it up takes about 15 minits.... so theoreticly 3/4 of an hour tuning

It is held here.... http://www.tuningfactory.nl/
