Is there a fault on the car that discharges the battery?

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Finally got around to a) fixing the fuel gauge, which turned out to be a broken live "wire" (actually a copper strip) in the sender unit, rather than the usual poor earth; fixed with a blob of solder, and b) lowering the front to somewhere like the height it should be as perviously it had been set to somewhere around the roof of my house. The car now has the correct "nose down" stance, and should handle a bit less like a cow on skates. Oh, and c) thought about selling it.
