Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Started putting my engine back in - welded a patch on my exhaust (need more practice welding  ) Taking it slow and steady.... and I put oil in my newly refurbished gearbox.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Went to local Bar/Tabac this morning and the owner of the place presented me with today's regional newspaper. There on one page was my Dyane!!! It must have been taken when I met with the 2Cv people on their tour to Le Mont Saint Michel.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Checked my MPG having driven from Staffordshire UK to Manot in the Charente, 2 up with the rear seat,floor and boot loaded.My satnav giving and average speed of 51 mph and my fuel consumption at 55 mpg,well chuffed with that.
