 Off Road Tweaks
Have put in new pistons and barrels also done a few mods. Engine runs but needs to run-in. Fitted some stainless pipes (Lomax? no-heat exchanger). Alternator side needs a new mounting Fabricated and fitted a magnetic clutch for the fan. Can turn it off when required. Moved oil filter and cooler to the bulk-head.

Nice work!
I like the switchable fan, looks like a bloody clever idea that, any videos of it working? Whats the reason behind the remote filter and cooler?

 Re: Off Road Tweaks
With the new fan v. difficult to have std oil cooler Off roading has blocked cooler with mud. So moved cooler and at the same time did a remote filter. Engine runs OK with new fan but need to road test. Had an electric fan but no where near as efficient as the original.

 Re: Off Road Tweaks
nice work pete wouldnt mind getting one of those 'clutchable' fans if they work well. Well my new recon engine i am trying quite hard not to take in lots of water! i reckon my old engine died because of mud in radiator or over revving. have you got electric fan on oil raditor? have you got your tuned pipe on now?

 Re: Off Road Tweaks
Refitted the LB tuned pipe, sounds raspy again. No fan on the oil cooler, yet? may not be required
