What is the difference in reinforcements at one ami super-frame in relation to a 2cv.
Know that the frame at a different engine.
Must use the information to enhance my 2cv's frame so it can pass MOT (it has been tuned turbo and injection over 70Hp.)

The whole front of the chassis is a different shape - everything forward of the suspension - so it's difficult to compare.

I'll let others (Ken is probably the best placed) give a definite, but I _think_ that the Super chassis uses thicker metal. If you follow the Ici Commence l'Aventure reinforcements, you should be along the right lines.

Bear in mind, too, that Ami Super suspension is uprated, compared to 2cv. The springs are bigger diameter, stronger, and not front-rear linked. The wheel bearings are bigger. There's anti-roll bars (thicker than Ami 8, and rear as well as front). The front brakes are bigger.

I want to hear more about the turbo and injection...

All Ami chassis have longer and bigger spring retainers when compared to the 2cv chassis. The spring retainers stick out above (and below) the chassis and are longer then those fitted to the 2cv, Dyane and Mehari. The floors on these cars need humps in the floor and the reinforcements underneath the floors have to be modified to clear the spring retainers. The AK, AKS and Acadiane vans have a chassis with similar spring retainers.

also the thickness of the ami super chassis is 1.2mm and the 2cv one 0.8mm

The shaping of the frame, larger spring boxes and brakes. i now.
(Has already GSA for brakes and rear brakes ACADIAN ready + hard springs. Have no room for super / ACADIAN springs pga bodywork and run height)
What I wanted to know was what we should do about the original frame so that it could be approved with a 50-60Hp.
Are there other 2cv frame is just as strong as super AMI?? (non-original)
My problem is not so much strength in the original framework, but MOT.
