Post Paint colours - wheels
Was there more than one grey colour used on A-series wheels?

I have seen confusion between"gris rose" and a possibly different "gris roues".

It would be nice to match the colour I have, which is a very light grey.

The grey used on late 2cv wheels and bumpers were AC140 Gris Roues. On early ones it was AC136 Gris Rosé. (I think it changed in the sixties).
At some point, somewhere, someone got the colour names and codes mixed up and that misinformation has spread and been reinforced on the internet and by many 2cv parts suppliers stating (and believing) that the colour on late cars was also called Gris Rosé, sometimes quoting AC136 and sometimes AC140.
(Obviously Roy at Ecas has it right): https://ecas2cvparts.co.uk/products/gris-roues-aerosol-15ml-precisely-ac14-citroens-correct-colour-for-wheels-bumpers-zero-stock-ac140?_pos=6&_sid=f7b534974&_ss=r
