Maybe for you also a solution for where to place gauges and extra switches. Its a simple plate behind the gear shifter. The plate is not fixed with screws, so it can be removed for maintenance or else without effort. Behind the plate there remains space to hide things. |

Well, I hide another electronic circuit behind the panel : an electronic ignition which makes use of a magnetic sensor sensing a metal pen on the flywheel. It can be tuned, changes the pre-ignition depending on the temperature of the air coming from the outlet sprocket and the (under)pressure in the carb. To isolate electrical components a plastic folded shield can be added behind the panel. |

The ignition designed and produced by Lpgo, the 1-2-spark. The man who wrote many things about his design on this site ! |

RogerV, I am interested in what you intend to create, I mean the EFI. |

I have a Speeduino management system. Im looking to run both lpg and petrol. Currently running petrol ignition only. MAP from manifold, with vag cops and had a 60-2 trigger wheel machined into the flywheel. WBO2 sensor in heat exchanger. Already have lpg tank installed. This is on my Bedouin. ![]() |

OK, Roger V, I understand that your EFI is not yet up and running ? Where do you intend to install the petrol injectors ? I started some 25 years ago with EFI also, but because too expensive at that time I quitted the project. I had made an opening on the input manifold close to the cylinder head. On it intended to weld a piece of a pipe in which an injector would fit. Another bracket would be welded a bit further to hold the injector in place. But...…as said the project was discontinued. I have still some parts I prepared that time. I today have consulted the Speeduino site and I must admit I feel a wish to start again with EFI some time this winter. |
