Hi Sam, I would appreciate that offer. I live in Pembrokeshire. The r/h pipe is blowing a gale where it connects to manifold. New pipe hopefully will arrive from ECAS today. Have PM my address to you and would readily refund your postage charges. Many thanks Sam and to all who have given advice.

When your new pipe arrives, you could just fit it to see if it resolves the issue. If it doesn't, then rethink the problem. :)
