Post Narrow Light Bar measurement
Hi how wide is the Narrow light bar as mine has the wrong one fitted and I want to correct mine. Please measure from the light swivel fittings to light swivel fittings.

Just measured on my '51 2cv. It is a little tricky but I would say 84cm..

No. Later bar is wider.. I,m not at home right now, will measure a new later on..

At the narrow ones the bonnet just fits between the headlights when opening.

Just measured.... A "new" lightbar is about 95cm.. Again tricky to measure with everything mounted on it..

Sorry Kit, I forgot to check the measurement on my AK350 on Saturday, (and I forgot to bring you a spare one to cut'n'shut).
Why not measure from the outer edge of the upright support leg, to the inner edge of the sleeved bit that the light attaches to? It's easy to measure on or off the car, (and that's where you'll be measuring when re-welding the sleeve to the shortened bar). From memory, I think that measurement on each side of the wide bars is something like 124mm but I'll check tomorrow and I'll check the short one on the 350 too.
