 Bent fuel pump pushrod removal

Post Bent fuel pump pushrod removal
Hi fonts of all knowledge
Does anyone have a method for getting out a bent fuel pump pushrod?
Rod is stuck solid, any ideas, tried grips and pulling but as I said stuck solid

Dismantle, split crankcase, pull out from inside :-(

Yes, sadly this is the only way. I bent one by forgetting to fit the spacer under the pump. Damage done. Temporarily, I got round it by fitting an electric fuel pump.

Car came to me with electric pump, owner wanted it put back to original
