I have a re-chassied 1962 AZU van. The seatbelt mounting holes are in the new floor and on the new side rails, but there are no brackets for mountings behind the seat/ side shelves. Does anyone make these brackets / have drawings for them? BobH |

They are pyramid shaped brackets welded on the top of the innerwings. They were in the aks400 and the ak250 from the ,70s. |

What re the "letter box slots" in the bulkhead behind the seats. Are they just deep enough for the vehicle docs etc. |

They wouldn't hold much more than a single sheet of paper. The opening is about 15cm wide by 6cm high (it's dark in the barn and difficult to measure), so perhaps for a carte grise. But the orientation is wrong: a (modern) CG is portrait format and this is landscape. There's only one, at the top of the bulkhead behind the driver's seat. |

Fiat Lux ... et lux erat: The two screws keep the papers in. I imagine there was a transparent plastic pane at the front. |
