I noticed my 2CV sits a bit cockeyed. I found a video on Burton's YouTube video on how to adjust the ride height. Looks easy enough.

The question is where's the proper point to measure the ride height?

I measured where the doors meet in the center of the car. The passenger side measured 14.5", the driver's side measured 14". You wouldn't think .5" would be enough to even notice a difference but I can.

So does the passenger side need to be dropped .5" or does the driver's side needs to be raised .5"?

I just want to level to the car up. I would like to drop it but don't want to mess up the alignment.

The 2CV has a nose down attitude, so the back in more raised than the front. I tend to use the line of the rear wings in relation to the rear wheels to get the ride height setting for the rear of the car. The lower part of the wing is set to just inside the raised part of the wheel, on the outer edge of the centre section, if that makes sense. You can use a measuring tape for the front. Bottom edge of the front wing to the top of the wheel rim.

What I meant was one side is sitting higher than the other. Not front verses rear.

But you can still use those to set the ride height side to side, as well as front to back. Have you read the 'All about: 2CV suspension' thread here...? viewtopic.php?f=7&t=485&start=240

When you adjust them, take the load off the suspension first by jacking the car up.I stripped one suspension rod by trying to adjust whilst the suspension was loaded.
