A tech question
I came across a Citroen Oltic 11rl
1129 ccm flat 4 engine
Is the bell housing of the gearbox good to go on a 1.3 GS gearbox for fitting in a 2CV or Dyane ?
I now its possible with a Visa 652

No. The 1100 ccm is a completely different design. |

You have the gearbox? if not you need a Citroen GS, GSA gearbox. You can fit a 602 or 652 engine to a GS gearbox with an LNA bell housing. |

i'm thinking of bying the hole car,so thats why i was intrested in the gearbox combination

my goal is to fit a GS engine in a 2CV so thats way i was asking about this combination with the Olcit

Please put some photos about gearbox. I think the Olcit has same engine-gearbox -layout what G-series has, but never seen any of them. If I recall correct, the Olcit has vented brake disc, if I'm wrong please correct... |

From my Archive.... GS 5 Speed box Tie Rods been modified. Ami Super style of drive shaft, better to use 2CV shafts with adaptors. Drive shafts with large forward angle due to length of gearbox. Those drive shaft angles do not look good!!! |

Yes it has onboard disk brakes, not sure 4 or 5 gears Still thinking of buying the car |

A pembleton with a big block motoguzzi engine has the shafts at that angle however when you are on full lock the 2cv joint at the wheel is at an incredible angle but it works  Loving your ingenuity though I've some 5speed boxes and probably a short bell housing or two but I'm in Devon in the UK |
