Hi everyone I have a 2CV wiper switch that sticks in and feels a bit ruff. Any ideas on cleaning and lubrication is welcome. Cheers |

Gum from finger dirt and moisture probably. I used to use WD40 but that attacks plastic really. You can buy dedicated switch cleaner combined with lube especially ffo the job. I have some somewhere. |

That looks promising. I have taken the switch apart and cleaned it in soapy water and dried it on a storage heater. It has greatly improved it, but I think the cleaner/ lubrication will work wonders for long term maintenance. Thanks Ian |
