How low can I go on standard springs and tie rod ends and still have a decent ride on my now ratted D*lly below?

Good start is with longer knife edge fittings from ECAS etc this will give you a safe amount of thread when you go down. Do NOT go too far or you could rip the thread out and you would have a car on the floor!!!!!

You'd need reworked suspension arms or the steering geometry will be way out.

Finally finished refurbing the last wheel and passed MOT.



Have 160mm at the front (from 195 standard) lowered 35mm,
and 250mm at the back (from 20mm standard) lowered 30mm

Looks better at this slightly lowerd height, have just been for a rag arround and attack of speed humps. Pretty ok, handelling is good, stearing is not heavy but sometimes bottoms out over speed humps, which means slight caution which wasn't needed before.

Nice wheels. I guess you have them at the rear too now. What's the "hub cap" from? Care to share more pictures of the whole car?
