How bad a job is this to someone that's never done it before? I see the ECAS site says it's a difficult job, and I've seen a Rawlbolt mentioned as a way of expanding the new tubes.
I've just learned the hard way not to try and replace the head the quick way after sealing a hole in one of my tubes.

I was hoping to do a bit of reassembly each night as I needed the car at the weekend.
