This one is for sub. Pete.. I guess.... Why wouldn.t you use the original pig tail going to the rear ends... Simple but effective....

I made them myself with the help of a broomstick.

Kevin,
according to Paul Robertson at Tower Citroen, Retford, it's BX front brake hoses which can be adapted for use on the rear arms of the 2CV racers.

Makes a change of arm quicker if there's been a prang, I guess.
Not so many BXs around, but plenty of NOS hoses, it seems...

Some specifications?

Putting .6mm welding wire through the hole where the screw sits. Then winding it around the screw at the brakeppipe you can pull and lead the screw in in seconds... No problem here with that...

I doubt you'll change an arm faster with your method, than a 24 hour grease monkey with the BX brake pipe method.

all old 2cv's have flexible hoses on their rear arms. They are not LHM proof though.

Old hoses are for DOT -fluids, material is EPDM. LHM will ruin them.

And as suggested, hoses from Bx are cheap and easy to find. Also same hoses from Xm and Xantia are made for LHM, maybe easiest to find are those for Xantia.

Don't try with C5 hoses, they are again to be used with DOT -fluids, can't (ok I can, cheaper to use common parts) understand why...

I can't understand why they don't all use LHM it's a much better product and not aggressive on paint etc.
