 AMM to AK2
I have a knackered AK2. I am offered an AMM as a replacement. If I want to keep the AK2 exhaust/ heating ducts etc, can I easily modify an AMM into an AK2 ?

 Re: AMM to AK2
Maybe i could be done but it won't be a straight swap, because of the completely different heads. AK2 is an M28 and AM M is an M4: http://www.cats-citroen.net/citroen_aty ... ition.html

Perhaps I should wait for an AK2 to surface.

You could however just swap the crank case over as a post 1970 602 bottom end will work with the AM family top end, thus you gain an oil filter.

 Re: AMM to AK2
its the top end that is knackered on my AK2. I am offered the AMM for 250 euros inc carb and alternator and it was fitted to an Ami 8. The seller still thinks it would fit in my Fourgonnette, but from your comments I think I should still steer clear of it.
