 Engine tinware
The cylinder shrouds on my spare motor are long past their best - some buffoon even cut them to allow fitting with the manifold on situ.
I can't seem to locate them on Ecas' website.
Would anyone have any recommendations where I could buy some replacements?

 Re: Engine tinware
I think some of the Belgian 4x4 folk do them in polyester or similar? As for used replacements in the rubbery fibre stuff, they're almost all starting to show their age now, I have some on my current engine although I damaged them yesterday getting the manifold nuts off because I'm going to use metal shrouds. As and when I'm next at work I'll see if we have any rubber shrouds in any kind of useable condition and I'll post them to you. If you can find metal shrouds they are worth a premium and allow more engine noise to get out but can be painted nicely and dont fail like the rubber shrouds.

 Re: Engine tinware
Well I know there is a pair of cylinder 'rubbers' but I think also a pair of tins, (I need to make an engine set for myself out of the pile) maybe more. At least one spare fan housing, probably with 'Dyane turbo' tube. I will go dig in the shed in the morning & post a list.
