these seem to be plastic... I used to have a pair of metal ones, altough it was a different model, worked fine for me, much more light in the darkness then with original duplo ones. you could also change the complete headlight (without housing) bit for a H4 type, more expensive, but that is ok for sure (watch out for bad reproduction!!!) one other thing to check is the Voltage left at the headlights, if you still have the original wireing and ligthswitch it might just be you r loosing 3 volts from the battery though the lightswitch through the wires to the headlights! best fix is to install a relais as close as possible to the headlights and use the original current to operate them and get some new wires straight from the battery to the bulbs, also saves the lightswitch (mine used to get realy hot -> means lost power!!) not realy a straigt forward answer to your question, but I hope it helps. greetzzzzzzzz, Rusty |

Harley they do work, i've had them since my last 2cv and carried them over to the dyane, all i will say is that they're not the most perfect fit and mine have started to warp a little bit, they still do the job though, i'd say they have a 2 year life! |

Or you may get a pair of these: http://www.retrospecparts.com/citroen-p ... white.html Also have a look: http://www.thewessexducks.co.uk/2cv_032.htm And don't overlook Rusty's recomendations. It's funny that the French are interested in fitting old type bulbs to H4 socket! ![]() |
