Didn't see much point in reading beyond the second paragraph, where this gem can be found...

"If you buy a reasonably modern vehicle it will have harden valve seats, and run on unleaded, Yes it will sound harsh at idle as lots of very hard bits of metal smash against each other in an attempt to let gases in and out of the combustion chamber many times a second."

i got as far as the additive that didnt solve the electronic ignition problem funny that

to me to test something you get the engine running perfect then change the thing you want to test and note any improvements or loss of performance not throw something at a poor running engine in the hope that something will suddenly improve.

so far with E10 on the continent the 2cv( old blue one ) ran slower and much much hotter than before it also pinked not neccesarily due to the methanol/ethanol but due to the hotter engine.

French super is (super), the same engine pinked using English premium on the same settings under the same load hauling scenario

Is this from Ethanol in fuel??
Weeping valve with waxy substance...
Filter not leaking.
Have taken valve out.
Fuel line is Ethanol proof.
