 Kingpin washers

Post Kingpin washers
I'm doing kingpins & front wheel bearings in a friend's car, and this kingpin set has different washers than what I've seen before. In what order should they be arranged?

looks like the usual arrangement, thrust washer with slots (for grease feed) going between the two plain washers...

Although at first glance, the plain washers look like they've got larger inner holes than I've seen before.
