If you measure the stud and the damper eye to get the sizes I sure you should be able to get bushes. These are fairly easy to fit with a length of stud and a couple of large washers, with little lube to draw the bushes into the damper eye. There's loads listed on ebay :-)

Take the old ones out (with a vice and some sockets), measure the hole and compare with this: http://www.superflex.co.uk/datasheets/SuperFlex%20Universal%20shock%20eye%20bushes(3).pdf

Maybe number sf0814p will fit?
Stainless pipe 16x2mm is standard available and fits the 2CV shock absorber bolt perfectly.

got some sesame oil from sainsburys! but had EP140 on the label
