For 2014 i will build a new rear diff for the 2cv 4x4 The Casing (casting ) will be all New Looking a bit similar to mehari 4x4 rear diff but 2 x stronger I reckon the diff should be able to take 65 Hp so lots of different possible uses on top of 2cv 4x4. Initially 2cv front and Xantia saloon rear Caliper mountings , but the brake type could be machined to suit. Internals will be modified Visa 652 or GSA Pinions and Crown wheel 8 to 33 With a direct output or a short transfer box to enable the diff to be dis connected. Quaife are about to deliver a LSD diff with a full lock possibility. so i am looking for second hand cheap donor parts Broken or rusty GSA 4 or 5 speed boxes. Especially GSA out put shafts which i will modify to suit 2cv Drive shafts Visa 652 Gearbox parts are also needed, but i already got a bit of stock of them. rick pembro will do some diff rebuild work, so a delivery via rick could be a good starting point Any offers of old stock would be great PONY |
