So still working at my Beamer 2.0... But making progress at last. Finished the gearbox today. Here we go.. Take some Axel brake calipers, powdercoat them, make 2 adaptors from steel, put them in the lathe and in the mill
And powdercoat them too.. Then take 2 ventilated disks turn them down to 20mm and put it all together.. At last make a breather in the upper lid so when everything gets hot, the seals won,t go.. So in my opinion this is the best possible frontbreak one can get using all standard Citroen parts in a 2cv.. Please note the diffrents in diameter between original 2cv, Axel and the Bosch BD374 disks I now use... Now let the fotos speak....

Someware around 120hp I guess.. 2 carbs 2cv and without catolic converter..

YEs, Valeo can just do the job.. Probably better to slide on the clutch then braking the gearbox down..
