Combined Switch and Indicator LED.

Off Position.

Rear Fog, Brake Fluid maybe Direction/Hazard.

Makes space for some other indicator or switch.

Very neat a DIY job I guess ? I put a couple of Maplin toggle type LED switches in for heated rear screen and the demist blower motor. They were so bloody bright I had to put a couple of rubber caps over them, as they were blinding me :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I like that. Although would it not be easier to just fit a single extra terminal for the earthing as you've already got a switched positive there?

Good point, but if you use a relay, allows the indication of the relay state.

Ahh yes, I thought it was a direct replacement for the original lamp using the original loom etc.
Next challenge is converting the twist switches ;)
