 180mm Clutch... I know Joolz has done some research on this, many moons ago... Thing is I may be getting a new flywheel machined up so I am thinking of fitting a larger clutch and pressure plate... Anyone know what 180mm clutch plate would fit a 2cv spline!? My current setup is LNA gearbox with a Visa bellhousing and visa input shaft. Here's a little inspiration!  Cheers, Harley

i have a feeling Ax and saxo 1.2 and 1.4 clutches have the same spline as 2cv
i will try to find out tomorrow

EDIT:Nissan Prarie Mk1 M10 All 1982 1988 1.5 Petrol 180mm 18 Splines 1982>1985 Nissan Sunny B11 All 1981 1985 1.5 Petrol 180mm 18 Splines Anyone confirm or deny that these would fit!? Harley PS: Pony confirmed that the AX spline is .3-.5mm larger than 2cv therefore it doesn't fit!

Cluch sizes are often written 180*125*18*20.6
=
Outer Diameter: 180
Inner Diameter: 125
Number of Splines: 18
Spline Outer Diameter: 20.6
So I discovered that...
Kia Pride clutch is:
Diameter: 180mm
Number of Splines: 18
Spline Inner Diameter: 17mm
Spline Outer Diameter: 19.2mm (others state 19.1mm)
Pug 206:
Outer Diameter: 181.5
Inner Diameter: 127.4
Number of Splines: 18*1.0583*37.5°
Spline Outer Diameter: 19.5
SUZUKI ST90
Outer Diameter: 180
Inner Diameter: 125
Number of Splines: 18
Spline Outer Diameter: 20.3
Citroen C2
Outer Diameter: 180
Number of Splines: 18
Spline Inner Diameter: 118.3mm

Can anyone measure an A series input shaft for me please!?

Re: 180mm Clutch... I'm still happy to stick with the 2cv one personally, when it's working properly it seems to be up to the job, and as Ken has pointed out before, it's best that the weakest link is something relatively cheap.
The secondhand Valeo that went in when the BM was first fitted lasted over 10,000 before the center splines broke out, and then the friction material was still OK, no sign of it slipping on the 0-70 on youtube.
The clutch that replaced it, a lesser brand, it is now slipping badly, but it may well be that the gear oil leak has reached it.
I'll be replacing it with another Valeo, but will probably add a bit of weld to the center.
