Bit of steel plate with a hole drilled in the middle. Captive nut welded on the back. Weld plate over hole (but leave open sections for drainage). Drill rubber bump stop then screw onto a bit of threaded bar. Screw bump stop on bit of threaded bar into captive nut. Bish bash bosh job done. ![]() |
