Post subject:  Bump stop repair

Best way to repair this , need to put rubber bit back in , as heading somewhere bumpy this summer , dont have the rubber bit think it fell of years ago

Bit of steel plate with a hole drilled in the middle.
Captive nut welded on the back.
Weld plate over hole (but leave open sections for drainage).
Drill rubber bump stop then screw onto a bit of threaded bar.
Screw bump stop on bit of threaded bar into captive nut.

Bish bash bosh job done. 8-)
