Re: lpg? my girlfriends 2cv runs on LPG. REally cheap to run, but you loose a lot of bootspace. Power seems a bit lower, as is topspeed. Was thinking of putting LPG in my Ami, but decided to to, because the tank would take up too much space and making the car less practical.. And that was the reason to buy it

Re: lpg? All LPG conversions are dual fuel just in case you can't find gas.
The existing tank space is too small for a reasonable size LPG tank. Remember the LPG tank is a pressure vessel.

If you drive on LPG, don't floor the pedal and drive top speed all the time, the cylinderheads will become too hot and your valves will protest. You will need what in Dutch is called geharde klepzetels. No idea what that's called in English Anyone?
