Why is this terminal missing? ![]() Attachment: missing.JPG Let's place an extra contact feed some 12V and see what happens... Placed down, when the switch is in 0, it is not in contact with the 12V cylinder. Attachment: SDC11537.JPG Placed up, and it is in contact supplying the main beam which is in contact with the cylinder. Attachment: SDC11538.JPG In all other possitions of the switch 0,V,R, has no effect and the switch is functioning as before. In conclusion, what you have is a simple main beam signaling to fellow 2CVers during the daylight. ![]() |

I like the idea the lack of flashing ability to fellow 2cv drivers restricts it to waving IMO... However , can this be run via the ignition so that it cant be nocked on as you exit the car and come back to a drained battery..? |

Nice idea... You'll need an extra wire coming from the ignition switch, and check the wire capacity, otherwise I don't see any problem. I have a audible warning for lights on... |
