Spoke to soon. He's still stuck at Cromford Meadows in Belper. Has spoken to ECAS and thinks it might be the regulator. Sounds like the battery is fried. He's going to try Jono's number.

I Googled it yesterday and for some reason it took me to Belper Meadows Tennis Club. :roll:
