Re: heater cable,,,,, I think the clue is in the LHD bit  but I may be wrong. London to Brighton is in a few weeks. Likely to be a good selection of bits there if you need a heater cable Or wear a wooly jumper

Re: heater cable,,,,, yeah, LHD was a clue, but then, why would they need to change it???? Cant see why it would need to be different?
As it happens, I'm driving the length of the country next week Glasgow/manchester/gatwick/reading/newark/glasgow.....anyone e-route with a RHD (?) Cable

Re: heater cable,,,,, I made those myself out of 1.6 mm spring wire (or 1/16") and bicycle brake cable housing. I bought 10 feet of spring wire from a local workshop for next to nothing, you can use a 5mm drill or bolt to wind those loops at the ends nicely. They work perfectly, maybe you could try this.
