How does it work? I've got a car with it fitted and the car is slow as hell and pinks terribly. Am I right in thinking that I simply time it up with the strobe the same as points? Mark the flywheel with the peg in, then mark it seven teeth round and knock the box round until the mark shows up in the light?
Or does the magic box of tricks sort all that shit out on its own, and actually the engines had it?
I wish I had a spare points box so I could eject this crap into the bin. Best part is, the car came with a spare 123, so somebody has actually bought two of the bloody things. That's the financial equivalent of 23 sets of points.
