Whats the best way to do this? Can i just jack the engine up a bit and slide the old out and the new in? Is it best to do the Gearbox one at the same time?

Take the fan off, undo the two 11mm nuts on each mount in the engine cowling, take the two 16mm/17mm bolts out then jack the engine up, you'll be able to remove them and replace with new ones. Refitting is easiest if you bolt them to the cowling first, without tightening them up, then lower the engine down a bit, start the 16mm/17mm bolts before the weight of the engine is down on the chassis. once all the bolts and nuts are started, drop the engine onto the chassis and tighten it all up. The rear one can be done without too much trouble, just take the weight off the gearbox with the trolley jack, undo the two 17mm pinch bolts and jack it up a bit so the box is clear of the mount. once it's out of the way you can undo the two 11mm bolts, change the mount, drop the box back onto it, making sure the washers are the right side of the mount (this'll make sense when you're trying to do it), and tighten it all up.
