hello i'm not sure coz my dad made it. but i think he cut a full back seat in half keeping the fixing's on them. look at

if ur chassis is plated underneath u can cut out a bit of ur floor in the back and put some spares in there. or find some hole and put small bits in.

hope this help.

Thats the old style back seat with the hooky thing that goes into the slot in the floor, isn't it? Should be possible to do something with a more modern frame though?

I wouldn't worry unduly, the closest I got to a 2cv falling over was with two 6' blokes in the front, two fat birds in the back (really fat) and a huge fridge full of booze and sausages in/hanging out of the boot. Even then, in the face of huge provocation into a roundabout it only went on two wheels and through a hedge/central reservation, coming safely down on all four the other side of the road.

Certainly nothing to worry about.

how ever close you think you get to rolling a 2cv it goes that extra bit further before you roll it

If I hadn't steered out of it, it would've gone. (was doing the best part of 60 into a roundabout)

Thinking about it, my dad rolled one of his once, that was stripped to just one seat and a roll cage and that just fell over.
