Dave,

It *could* be a colour unique to Forest. That's just a guess! Ask Vincent. I don't know whether you use Faceache, but if you do search for 'Sam Clukkers' - he may be able to help.

According to Jeroen Cats site, it is only been used in belgium in 1961:

at the bottom.
I think Vincent or Sam Clukkers can tell you more about the belgium build cars.

Sam's brother Yannick wrote this for the Dutch website:

Just had a quick google & it would appear that it was also used on 60-61 ID/DS models:

I have been in touch with Vincent already regarding bumpers and seat material.
Tom,the EEEC can supply cloth, only to members though.I have asked for forms to be sent to me.It appears that they have many parts for older cars. Will let you know what happens. :)

Good to hear Dave.. I was afraid you'd have to be a member before you can buy parts.
The EEEC, which translates as Only Real Ducks Club, is specialized for the "real" 2cv, build until 1970 with 18HP.
If it is a problem to get the cloth, let me know. I might find someone kind enough who's a member and willing to send some parts.
