Post subject:  middle part of top rear seat box differences

This panel on my 1975 2cv has a couple of patches. I've replaced the inner rear wings, and was thinking last night that it might be nice to replace this part too.

I see ecas list two parts:

Seems a stupid question, but what is the difference apart from the hole for the fuel sender? Are we talking about the saddle on the chassis? I fitted a saddle when I changed the chassis, but I don't think my car would have had that part originally. Presumably everything apart from the hole is the same on those two parts?

It does say that the one without the hole is for the cars with the central seat belt anchor.
