Im sure Ken wrote on here somewhere how to adjust the idle mixture but. I cant seem to find it now anyone know how to or where the how to bit about this is on here????

goes something like this:-

start and warm up the engine

unscrew the offset slot idle(CO2) jet till you get a nice stable tick over

set the idle to 950rpm edit should be 850 with the knurled stop nut on the linkage.

then screw the offset screw in 1/2 a turn wait a bit do it again
keep going till the tickover begins to falter then screw it back out by 1/2 a turn

it helps to blip the throttle now and again during the screwing in stage

oh and it helps if the timing and tappets are spot on before you start

tho' there is an element of "groundhog day" and FWIW the "factory manual" instructs to pretty much do as above post, ajusting the engine speed with the appropriate butterfly stop screw etc
