Carefully :) . Peel the rubber back on the inside at the top. You can do this with your fingers. At the same time, push the top out until you can get a broad flat lever behind it. A screwdriver wrapped in a rag works. Then - VERY CAREFULLY! - lever the top of the window outwards while at the same time peeling the rubber back from around the edge of the inside of the window. It doesn't feel like it's going to work, then suddenly it comes out easily. Remember that glass doesn't bend, don't be too heavy handed with the lever. If you screw up and break one gis a shout, I've got two in the shed which you can have.

:D Or you could run a grinder all around the edge of the window recess.

If you want a hand on Saturday Sam give me a shout. I managed to replace them in a freshly painted car earlier this year and didn't damage it, and I've removed them a fair number of times. More than happy to come over and help.
