Whats the best way to get one out and vice versa get one in again...???

do you require a press, a vice or a good old fashion Hammer??

Any advise please as never bee ther before!!

Hammer with a big brass punch was the way i last did it, although a press would be better :)

Do you have a big vice and some suitable sockets you could use as a temporary press arrangement?
