Re: Suspension set up on the Van
I guess there must be a proper way of doing it, but I set Hetty up so she 'looks right.' My pet hate with vans is when the rear wheels aren't centred in the rear arches So I made sure the wheels are nicely centred and dropped the front a bit to give a 'nose down' stance.

Cut and turn the front arms about 5mm, add around 3 degrees of negative camber. Wind the tie rods out until the chassis is about 35mm from the ground at the front shocker mount and 45mm at the rear. Cut the back axle in the middle, bend it down until you have around 2 degrees more negative camber on them, stand back and admire your awesome looking van

Now Now Russ, its going to be as original as I can make it ,but I was going to ask about whats involved with lowering the D*lly. How low will it go on the standard set up,and will the handling change? I see you all talking about turning the front arms, whats that all about?

Re: Suspension set up on the Van
Regarding your van, as Sam says, do it so it looks right to you. Use reference pictures if it helps.

When I said set up,I didnt mean height,I meant the threaded tubes that go into the cans.
